About the Manufacturer

The 1835D is part of a range of equipment made by Danfoss, a global producer of a large range of control equipment and components. The company was established in 1933 by Mads Clausen in the attic of his parent's farmhouse in Nordborg, Denmark.  In 2012, Danfoss had an annual sales turnover of 34 billion DKK and around 23,000 employees globally. They continue to produce products for use in areas such as cooling food, air conditioning, heating buildings, controlling electric motors and powering mobile machinery. One of the company's most popular product ranges is the VLT inverter drives.
